The project involved the modernization, equipping, and repurposing of an existing space. A professional kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art, DSV-approved equipment was constructed, serving a large hall with a capacity of 110 people and a small hall with a capacity of 30 people. The large hall was thermally insulated and enclosed with pentacameral sliding PVC windows. Additionally, an indoor children’s play area was created, equipped with modern amenities for the little ones’ enjoyment. Between the large hall and the children’s play area, a koi carp pond was built and maintained with water oxygenation, filtration, and ozone equipment.
