CONSTAR INDUSTRY services
The main object of activity of Constar Industry SRL is the execution of civil, industrial and agricultural constructions together with the installations related to these constructions (electrical, thermal, sanitary, water and sewerage, fire detection and signaling). We can divide the services we offer into two branches: on the one hand are the unitary projects of the general contractor, and on the other hand, are the technical maintenance contracts of the buildings. These latter services are primarily intended to ensure the optimal operation of building systems.
Dedicated maintenance services provided by CONSTAR INDUSTRY:
Technical maintenance services aimed primarily at ensuring the optimal functioning of the building systems through preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance. These activities lead to prolonging the life cycle and performance of building systems and minimizing the number of malfunctions.
Preventive maintenance consists of an action plan aimed at preventing failures and flaws of the equipment designed to ensure and maintain their proper functioning by replacing the used components before their failure. Preventive maintenance activities involve periodic checks, partial and/or total revisions at specified intervals, fluid exchange, lubrication, etc. The long-term benefits of this type of maintenance are:
• increased safety in operation;
• lower cost of replacing equipment;
• reducing dead times;
• optimized inventory management of spare parts;
• increasing tenants’ comfort.
Predictive maintenance contributes to determining the condition of the equipment in operation in order to accurately predict maintenance actions. This approach leads to cost savings compared to routine maintenance actions, as it takes place during the operation of the equipment, thus minimizing disruption of normal operating systems.
Corrective maintenance corresponds to the intervention situation for the operational remedy of a malfunction in a piece of functional equipment. The main activities consist of either repairing or replacing parts of the affected equipment.

Specialized revisions
We perform specialized revisions according to the Romanian Technical Norms, according to the legal norms and internal directives of the Beneficiary, but also according to the manufacturer’s instructions and the supplier in order to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment. Revisions include, but are not limited to:
• extinguishing installation revision including sprinklers, hydrants, pumps, etc.
• fire detection and fire alarm systems revision;
• electrical installation revision including general panel, PRAM, earthing resistance measurement;
• revision / technical inspections periodical gas installation, thermal power plants;
