The project involved the modernization and reengineering of an old fast-food establishment, transforming it into one of the most modern public dining locations in Gaesti. We completely renovated the electrical (power + low-voltage), plumbing, and heating systems, as well as both interior and exterior finishes. The workflows were redesigned to comply with current sanitary and veterinary standards. The production area was equipped with state-of-the-art fast-food equipment to provide the end customer with a delicious experience.
