The project involved the rehabilitation of an old heating facility in micro 6 Târgoviște and its transformation into the Dâmbovița County Council Archive. Our company was responsible for both the technical design and the actual execution. The rehabilitation encompassed architectural, structural, electrical, heating, plumbing, water, and sewage system works, as well as roof waterproofing. This project marked the second change of use of an old heating facility for our company, with the first being in 2016, when we converted the “Pensioners’ Club No. 1” in Târgoviște. This way, abandoned and unsanitary buildings are revitalized through an efficient and necessary change of purpose.
